All Sales Are Final

Due to the unique nature and high value of emerald gemstones, all sales are final. Once you select and purchase an emerald or emeralds, the transaction is complete, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that every emerald we sell is an authentic Colombian emerald. Each stone is carefully sourced and verified for authenticity and origin. Every stone that weights more than 0.50 carats come with a Certificate of Origin. You may request a Certificate of Origin for emeralds that weigh less than .50 carats and incur the cost of issuing the certificate.

Condition of Stones

We ensure that the emeralds we offer are not damaged, treated deceptively, or faulty at the time of sale. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully inspect the emerald(s) prior to purchase.

Nature of Emerald Inclusions

Please be aware that all emeralds naturally contain inclusions, which are internal features such as tiny fissures, gas bubbles, and mineral crystals that occur naturally during the formation of the gemstone. These inclusions:

Are not faults or damages but natural characteristics that make each emerald unique.
Help differentiate natural emeralds from synthetic or lab-created stones.

Impact of Inclusions

Surface-reaching inclusions may affect the stone’s durability and could potentially lead to chipping or breakage over time if handled improperly.
Internal inclusions primarily influence the stone’s transparency and brilliance.

Clarity Treatment Disclosure

Many emeralds undergo treatments such as the application of natural oils or artificial resins. These treatments:

Are used to fill natural fractures within the stone and enhance clarity.
Are a common and accepted practice within the industry and do not affect the authenticity of the emerald.
